经皮超声引导下射频消融治疗肾癌围手术期护理

Perioperation nursing of percutaneous radiofrequency ablation treatinent renal cancer

目的:探讨经皮超声引导下射频消融治疗肾癌的围手术期护理经验。方法:回顾性分析我院35例肾癌患者实施经皮超声引导下射频消融治疗的护理特点和具体护理措施,术前做好患者评估,加强宣教指导及心理护理,术后生命体征监测,观察肾功能变化,定期复查增强CT或超声造影。结果:35例患者术后第2 d即可下床活动,均恢复良好,无严重并发症发生。结论:经皮超声引导下射频消融术是一种微创介入技术,术后恢复快、并发症少,通过有效的围手术期护理,可提高治疗效果和患者的生存质量,延长患者的生命。

Objective： To evaluate perioperative nursing of ultrasound-guided percutaneous radiofrequency ablation of renal cell carcinomal.Methods： 35 patients with renal cell carcinoma in our hospital with ultrasound-guided percutaneous radiofrequency ablation treatment of the care characteristics and specific nursing care measures,patients with well preoperative evaluation,strengthening the mission guidance and psychological care,postoperative monitoring of vital signs,To observe the changes of renal function,periodic review of enhanced CT or ultrasound imaging.Results： 35 patients could get out of bed the next day after surgery,35 patients all recovered well,without serious complications.Conclusion：Percutaneous ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation is a minimally invasive interventional technology,rapid postoperative recovery,fewer complications,through efficient perioperative care,could improve treatment,improve the patient＇s quality of life and prolong life.
