摘要
为了研究黑泥对平菇生长和抗氧化能力的影响,进一步研究黑泥的抗氧化机理,通过单因子对照组试验研究了平菇基础培养基中添加不同比例的黑泥(0、0.5%、1%、2%)对平菇生物学转化率、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)酶活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明,基础培养基中添加2%黑泥,平菇的生物学转化率最大,超氧化物歧化酶的活性最高,丙二醛的含量最低。黑泥可提高平菇的生物学转化率,提高平菇抗氧化性能。
In order to research the effects of black mud no mushroom growth and antioxidant so as to discover the mud antioxidant mechanism, the single - factor control tests were made to study the impact of mushroom - based medium supplemented with different proportions of black mud (0,0.5% , 1% ,2% ) on conversion rate of biology, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA). The results show that the base medium supplemented with 2% black mud endow mushroom with the maximum biology conversion rate, the highest aeitivity of superoxide dismutase and the lowest levels of malondialdehyde. Black mud can improve the biological conversion rate and the antioxidation of mushroom.
