应用型本科院校“实习反哺”机制探讨

Analysis the "Internship feedback" theory in application-oriented institutions

实习作为一门重要的实践课程在应用型本科院校中得到了较高的重视,多数院校都将实习列为专门的教学环节,但经费不足却成为制约许多院校实践教学环节的一大障碍。为解决这一问题,本文探讨性地提出"实习反哺"机制,以求解决实习经费不足问题,达到校企双方互惠共赢的目的。

As an important practical course, internship gets high importance in application -oriented institution. Most institutions have taken it as a dedicated teaching course. But the lack of funds has become a major obstacle in many universities. To conquer the problem, this paper proposes ＂internship feedback＂ theory to aim at a win -win situation for both schools and businesses.
