摘要
本文在分析质量技术监督部门受理业务咨询的常见种类和内容的前提下,引入本体论概念,以质量技术监督业务知识和公开信息本体为出发点,综合FAQ和文档库技术,构建和实现了一种回复咨询匹配率高、适应多种询问方式的网络化智能业务咨询系统。
This paper aims to develop a network - based intelligent advisory system. For this fixed reseaching goal, this paper fistly introduces the concept of ontology, and takes quality and technical supervision knowledge and ontology of public information as starting points. Then, it analyses the business consulting classifications and contents which are processed by the Quality and Technical Supervision Department. Therefore, the system of networked intelligence business consultation is built up with combining the technology of FAQ and document database technology. The system will achieve a high rate of replying to consulting requirement, and also fulfill various kinds of consulting needs.
