摘要
在南京蔬菜工厂化育苗中心进行黄瓜苗期不同浓度矮壮素处理试验,结果表明,矮壮素能延缓黄瓜种苗的生长速度,并且浓度越高矮化控制效果越明显。当浓度超过0.07%时表现出僵苗和药害,浓度越高,僵苗和药害越重。但施用低浓度矮壮素,不会影响新叶的发生,并具有促进生殖生长的作用。矮壮素在黄瓜工厂化育苗中应用的最佳浓度为0.03%~0.04%;叶面喷施时间为黄瓜子叶平展时喷1次,7~10d后再喷1次。
The effects of chlorocholine chloride(CCC)with different concentrations on the quality of cucumber seedling were studied in Nanjing Vegetables Scientific Institute.It was showed that applying CCC could reduce the growth speed of cucumber seedling.As increasing the concentration of CCC,the growth rate decreased intensively.When the concentration of CCC was beyond 700ppm,runt seedlings and the phytotoxicity on the seedlings would happen.And the rate of runt seedlings mounted up obviously as increasing the CCC concentration.But lower concentration of CCC did not affect the growth of young leaves and could promote reproductive growth.The best applying concentration of CCC was 300-400ppm,and it should be used at cotyledon stage and 7-10 days after the first treatment.
