积雪草是一种药食兼用的野生植物资源,广泛分布于长江流域及以南地区。在云南少数民族地区,作为独具风味的野生蔬菜资源和民族草药被广泛利用。文章描述积雪草的形态特征、生态习性及地理分布,探讨其作为药食兼用野生植物资源的用途及开发利用途径。

Centella asiatica was one of wild plant resources that can be used as food and medicine,and distributied in the south of Yangtze River widely.This plant was widely applied as special wild vegetable resource and national herbal by local people in Yunnan provience.In this article,morphological characteristics,ecological habits,geographical distribution were described,and the application and the pathway of exploitation of wild plant resources of Centella asiatica used as food and medicine were also investigated.
