中药足浴辅助治疗小儿外感发热的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of TCM Foot Bath as Auxiliary Therapy for Children with Exogenous Fever

目的观察中药足浴辅助治疗外感发热患儿的临床效果,分析中药足浴对不同发热程度患儿退热效果的差异,总结出中药足浴辅助治疗小儿外感发热的最优病例标准,提高疗效。方法 120例外感发热患儿按住院顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,均予常规抗炎抗病毒治疗,腋温超过37.5℃时,观察组予2 000 mL中药煎剂足浴30 min,药液温度37～40℃,体温复升则重复足浴1～2次;对照组予冰力降温贴贴于患儿额头,如体温不降可隔4 h再用1次。比较两组治疗后体温变化情况、治疗效果,以及观察组内37.5～38.0℃、38.1～39.0℃、39.1～40℃3个亚组患儿治疗后体温变化情况。结果治疗后0.5 h、1 h,观察组体温略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义;治疗后72 h观察组体温明显低于对照组;观察组综合疗效优于对照组;对腋温39.0℃以下外感发热患儿体温控制较好,对39.1～40.0℃患儿体温下降幅度影响最大。结论中药足浴辅助治疗小儿外感发热效果显著,且可适用于各种发热程度患儿。

Objective To observe the effect of TCM foot bath as an auxiliary therapy for children with exogenous fever.Methods A total of 120 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group equally.In observation group,in addition to routine anti-inflammation and antivirus therapy provided in both groups,once axillary temperature was higher than 37.5℃,TCM bath therapy within 30 min was supplied which was replaced by cooling gel sheets in control group.Temperature changes in two groups were compared.Results Though children＇s temperature in observation group were slightly higher than those in control group 0.5 h and 1 h after the treatment which indicated no statistic significance,children＇s temperature,however,72 h after the treatment,in observation group,were obviously lower than those in control group.Conclusion TCM foot bath as an auxiliary therapy for children with exogenous fever is effective and could be widely applied.
