广东省三级医院合同护士与在编护士的生活质量调查比较 被引量:15

摘要 目的了解广东省三级医院合同护士与在编护士的生活质量情况,分析合同护士与在编护士对所在科室工作的喜爱程度及其对生活质量的影响。方法采用世界卫生组织生活质量调查表简表对广东省5家三级医院1 563名护理人员的生活质量进行问卷调查。结果合同护士在生理和心理领域得分显著高于在编护士(P<0.05),在环境领域方面显著低于在编护士(P<0.05),而两者生活质量总分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与在编护士相比,合同护士对自己所在科室的喜爱程度较高(P<0.05);不同科室喜爱程度的护士生活质量的差异有统计学意义,喜爱程度高的护士生活质量得分高,反之亦然(P<0.05)。结论合同护士的生活质量在生理和心理领域方面较在编护士好,在环境领域方面较在编护士差,合同护士对所在科室的喜爱程度较在编护士高,且与其生活质量呈正相关。提示医院管理者应该实行全员合同制管理,同工同酬,有效落实绩效管理制度,对合同护士尽可能提供舒适的工作和休息环境,对在编护士则需要将其"铁饭碗"想法转变成"泥饭碗"意识,让他们树立"居安思危"意识,同时定期辅以心理疏导,增强其抗压能力,提高生活质量。 Objective To understand the quality of life of regular nurses and contract nurses and to discuss the influence of their love of job on their quality of life.Methods A survey was conducted among 1 563 nurses in 5 Class Ⅲ Hospitals in Guangdong with World Health Organization Quality of Life Survey-Brief.Results Scores of contract nurses in physiological and psychological aspects were significantly higher than those of regular nurses(P0.05),yet that in environmental aspect was significantly lower(P0.05).There existed no significant difference of the comparison of their quality of life(P0.05).Compared with regular nurses,contract nurses demonstrated more enthusiasm and there was positive correlation between their love of job and quality of life(P0.05).Conclusion It is suggested that nursing managers should adopt contract management among all the nurses and effective performance management system with rewards and punishment.And regular psychological intervention benefits their improvement of quality of life.
