注意缺陷多动障碍儿童首次行脑电生物反馈治疗的效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨首次脑电生物反馈治疗注意缺陷多动障碍儿童的效果。方法 27例首次接受治疗的注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)患儿单一采用脑电生物反馈治疗1个疗程共20次,采用视听整合连续执行测试I(ntegrated Visual and Auditory Continuous Performance TestI,VA-CPT)对患儿疗效进行测评。结果治疗后患儿IVA-CPT综合反应控制商数、综合注意力商数较治疗前显著提高(P<0.001;)总反应控制商数中谨慎商数和一致性商数,总注意力商数中警惕商数和注意力集中商数均较前显著提高(P<0.05)。反应控制商数中的毅力商数和注意力商数中的视觉速度商数较前无显著变化。结论对于首次接受治疗的ADHD患儿,运用脑电生物反馈治疗,疗效确切,对临床治疗具有一定的指导意义。 Objective To explore the effect of EEG biofeedback treatment on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) for the first treatment.Methods EEG biofeedback treatment was applied to 27 children with ADHD as the initial treatment for 20 times.Integrated Visual and Auditory Continuous Performance Test(IVA-CPT) was clinically adopted to evaluate the effect before and after treatment.Results After treatment,there were significant difference between combined control quotient and combined attention quotient in ADHD children(P0.001).The quotient of prudence,consistency,vigilance,focus were significant higher than before(P0.05),but the quotient of stamina and visual speed quotient suggested no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion EEG biofeedback training is effective for the ADHD children as the initial treatment.
