Housing Security System in Market-oriented Economy Developed Countries and its Implication

美国、新加坡与英国是世界上住房问题解决得比较好的国家,其住房保障制度建设也各具特色:美国实施的是在强大的法律支持下的市场化保障制度;新加坡采用的是政府主导的住房公积金制度;英国执行的是社会福利式的住房保障制度。我国应当结合当前住房问题,借鉴三国的经验,完善住房保障制度,保证中低收入阶层住房权利的实现。

The United States,Singapore and UK are the countries with better solutions on the housing problems and the implement of Housing Security System of these countries all have its character.Market-oriented guarantee system is carried out in the United States with the support of powerful law.Public funding system for housing led by government is applied in Singapore.The government of UK carries out social welfare housing security system.With the current housing problems in China,the government should draw on the experience of those three countries,and perfect the Housing Security System to ensure the housing rights of the middles and low-income classes.
