不同灌溉量对紫花苜蓿生长和品质的影响 被引量:31

Effect of Different Irrigation on Growth and Quality of Alfalfa

摘要 水分不仅是构成紫花苜蓿的主要成分,还是影响苜蓿品质的重要因素。论文对紫花苜蓿在不同灌溉处理下的生物学特性以及品质进行了研究,结果表明第2茬苜蓿各生育期中干物质积累占总重百分比以开花期最大;各处理间各生育期的茎叶比均有显著差异;粗蛋白质、粗脂肪和粗灰分均与供水量大小呈正相关;粗纤维和酸性洗涤纤维与供水量呈极显著负相关;不同处理仅在初花期对无氮浸出物有影响,但始终对粗灰分无影响。为获取最佳营养品质和最大生物量,建议应在现蕾期、土壤水分保持在田间持水量的60%~65%时收割。 The trial studied biological characteristics and quality of alfalfa with different irrigation amount.The result showed the percentage of accumulated of dry matter was the highest in flowering stage at second stubble.There was a significant difference about stem-leaf ratio of growth period under different treatment.Positive correlation was seen between crude protein,crude fat and ash with water amount,negative correlation about crude fiber,acid detergent fiber.Nitrogen-free extract was influenced at initial flowering stage under different treatment,no any influence with crude ash.The best harvest time was at squaring period and 60%~65% of field capacity to get the best quality and highest biomass.
