摘要
研究采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法(FAAS法)测定水牛和荷斯坦牛乳中锌、铁、铜含量。结果表明,锌、铁、铜含量在水牛乳中分别为15.520μg/mL、4.267μg/mL、0.586μg/mL,在荷斯坦牛乳中分别为4.374μg/mL、2.756μg/mL、0.866μg/mL。水牛乳中锌、铁含量极显著高于荷斯坦牛乳(P〈0.01),铜含量极显著低于荷斯坦牛乳(P〈0.01)。三种元素的回收率范围为96.000%~104.333%,相对标准偏差为2.467%~7.857%。该方法精密度和准确度高,可适用于批量牛乳样品中微量矿物元素的分析。
Flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the concentrations of zinc(Zn),iron(Fe) and copper(Cu) in buffaloe's milk and Holstein cow's milk.The results showed the contents of Zn,Fe,Cu were 15.520 μg/mL,4.267 μg/mL,0.586 μg/mL in buffaloe's milk and 4.374 μg/mL,2.756 μg/mL,0.866 μg/mL in Holstein cow's milk respectively.The contents of elements Zn and Fe were significantly higher in buffaloe's milk than those in Holstein cow's milk(P0.01),the content of element Cu was significantly lower in buffaloe's milk than that in Holstein cow's milk(P0.01).The recovery ratio of the method ranged from 96.000%to 104.333%,and the relative standard deviations were 2.467%~7.857%.The method is precise,accurate and convenient to determine micro-element in milk and milk product.
