摘要
为探讨大鼠血液中雌激素、孕激素的变化规律,试验选择雌性SD大鼠42只,分别为处女鼠(0~90 d,第90 d开始交配)、妊娠鼠(96 d、102 d1、08 d)、泌乳鼠(114 d、120 d、126d),每个时期6只。在指定时间点处死大鼠取血液,用放射免疫法(RIA)对雌激素、孕激素进行定量研究,观察雌激素、孕激素的变化规律。血清孕激素水平以处女期最低,随着妊娠进行逐渐增加,其中妊娠108 d达到整个时期的最高值,且与各个时期差异显著(P〈0.05);分娩后随着泌乳期的进行,又有呈现下降趋势。处女期与其余各期差异显著(P〈0.05),整个期间以妊娠108 d为最高,且妊娠期间差异显著(P〈0.05),泌乳126 d又下降到最低水平(P〈0.05);雌激素水平在处女期最高,随妊娠的进行呈现先降后升的趋势,且妊娠各时期差异不显著(P〉0.05)。随着泌乳的进行,呈现逐渐上升趋势,泌乳126 d水平仅次于处女期(P〉0.05),而显著高于其余各期(P〈0.05)。雌激素、孕激素均参与了乳腺细胞的发育和泌乳。
In order to observe the pattern of estrogen and progesterone in rat's serum,42 female SD rats were selected,which were virgin rats(0~90 d,mating at 90days),pregnant rats(96 d、102 d、108 d)and la-ctating rats(114 d、120 d、126 d),6 for each period.The rats were killed and serum was collected in certain time,and determine the progesterone and estrogen with RIA to analyze the changing pattern.The level of progesterone in serum was the lowest in virgin period,then increased gradually with pregnancy and reached the peak at 108 days of pregnancy,with a significant difference from that in other periods(P0.05);then it decreased during lactating.There was a significant difference between virgin period and other periods(P0.05),among which the level at 108 d of pregnancy was the highest,and with a significant difference in this period(P0.05),and fell to the valley at 126 d(P0.05);the estrogen level was the highest in virgin period,and presented a trend of falling first and rising next,with an insignificant difference in pregnant period(P0.05).With lactating,it increased gradually,the level at 126 d was only second to that of virgin period(P0.05),with a significant difference(P0.05).The progesterone and estrogen were all involved in the development of mammary cell and lactation.
