In order to assist the wood-based panel manufacturers and related traders to understand the new requirement of California Air Resources Board（CARB） certification,the authors translated and summarized the proceedings of CARB Workshop,and discussed possible amendments of Airborne Toxic Control Measure to Reduce Formaldehyde Emissions from Composite Wood Products.The paper provided background and implementation status update,possible amendments to the composite wood products,as well as the next steps.
