高职院校人才培养质量提升的影响因素与对策研究

Study on the Factors and Countermeasures of Vocational Training

当前,职业教育面临的机遇是前所未有,而职业院校的生源逐年递减。在这种机遇与挑战并存的形势下,本文从教学管理制度、师资、校企合作三个角度分析了高职院校人才培养质量提升的制约因素,并提出了可行的解决措施。

Currently, vocational education is facing unprecedented opportunities, and vocational students gradually decline. In this situation, this paper analyzed the constraints of improving the quality of training, and proposed possible solutions from the teaching management system, teachers and school-enterprise cooperation.
