摘要
涡轮增压器在跑车尤其是在工程机械设计安装上必然采用的一种装置.它可以显著提升发动机功率,而且不会大幅度增加发动机的总重量.涡轮增压器将进气进行压缩以使更多的空气压缩到汽缸里,而排出的废气又带动了涡轮增压器涡轮的高速旋转从而也带动了再进气的空气量.这种发动机在进气问题上相对自然吸气式的发动机上多了一层涡轮增压器的维修和保养.
In view of the phenomenon of turbine turbocharger engine＇intake and exhaust system damage caused by its insufficient lubrication,measures have been made to prevent oil leakage.This paper is mainly to analyze,judge and solve the leak causes of turbocharger and made lubrication and planning maintenance to reduce the time and frequency of the turbocharger maintenance so that it can work safely and reliably.
