摘要
研究了三伺服枕式包装机的控制系统,以可编程序控制器(PLC)作为控制核心,配合伺服系统、人机界面、光电检测等先进技术,控制三轴实现同步运转.该包装机包装速度快,精度高,能有效提高包装质量和生产效率,满足现代商品多样化的需求,具有实际应用价值.
This paper studies the pillow packing machine for three-servo control system based on programmable logic controller（PLC） as the control core with the servo system,man-machine interface,optical detection and other advanced technology,control three-axis synchronous operation.The pillow packing machine with high packing speed and precision can improve packaging quality and production efficiency to meet the diverse needs of the modern commodities.
