压铸模型芯针冷却控制装置的开发与应用 被引量:2

摘要 压铸模温度对于压铸模使用寿命和铸件质量的稳定性有着非常大的影响,是必须要控制的参数之一.针对目前压铸模在冷却时无法对模具细小型芯针部位进行有效控制、芯针温度高、芯针顶部铸件缩孔/缩松缺陷严重、芯针寿命短等缺点,开发了基于高压冷却循环水的压铸模型芯针温度控制装置.该装置具有冷却水温度自动恒定、水冷与风冷结合等功能.试验结果表明:针对大型复杂压铸模的细小型芯针的冷却,该装置可有效降低铸件型芯针底部的缩孔/缩松缺陷的产生,提高了铸件内部质量,延长了芯针的使用寿命. Mold temperature has significant impact on die span-life and casting defects.It must be one of the parameters controlled by users.In order to solve such problems as non-effectively controlled,high temperature and short life for fine core pin,the core pin temperature control equipment based on cycle cooling-water with high pressure have been developed in this paper.The developed apparatus owns several functions including water temperature controlling automatically,water cooling combined with air cooling etc.The test results showed that shrinkage porosity adjacent to core pin section were eliminated by cooling water and pin life was prolonged too.
