摘要
根据一定型号的单梁桥式起重机结构基本相同,主要差别在于主要形状尺寸、工况以及所承受载荷不同的特点,利用VC和ANSYS的接口技术,开发了单梁桥式起重机参数化有限元分析系统.该系统人机交互界面友好,简单易用,只需输入单梁桥式起重机各种参数及其载荷,即可进行ANSYS建模及分析,并显示结果,达到对单梁桥式起重机高效、准确建模及分析的目的.
Single-beam Bridge Cranes of a same type have similar structure,with different parameters of structure sizes and loading environments.Based on the Interface Technology of VC and ANSYS,a Parametric Finite Element Analysis System(PFEAS) for Single-beam Bridge Cranes is worked out in this paper,which is friendly and easy to operate and can carry out finite models with the various input parameters under the help of APDL language of ANSYS.The system can also show the results and data of the finite element analyses for designers and engineers.
