独立学院人才培养模式创新实验区建设研究——以贵州大学科技学院为例

The Construction of Experimental Innovation Program of Talents Training Mode in Independent Colleges——A Case Sudy of College of Science and Technology,Guizhou University

独立学院是我国高等教育大众化的产物,从适应社会对多层次、多样化人才的需要,学院自身生存与发展和人才培养模式现状综合分析,在独立学院开展人才培养模式创新实验区建设,既必要,又具紧迫性。文中以贵州大学科技学院为例,对开展人才培养模式创新实验区建设进行了较为客观的剖析和研究。

Independent colleges are the product of higher education popularization. This paper discusses independent colleges＇ adaptation to the society＇ s needs of multi - level and diversified talents. It suggests the necessity and urgency of constructing experimental innovation programs of talents training mode in independent colleges. Taking College of Science and Technology, Guizhou University as the example,this paper objectively analyzes the construction of experimental innovation program of talents training mode in independent colleges.
