浅谈尼妥珠单抗联合放化疗治疗局部晚期食管癌临床研究的护理配合

Nursing experience of nimotuzumab injection combined chemoradiotherapy for locally adanced clinical study of esophageal cancer patients

目的:探讨晚期食管癌放化疗患者联合静脉使用尼妥珠单抗或安慰剂的护理。方法:对我科入组的9例食管癌放化疗患者使用尼妥珠单抗或安慰剂进行观察,并采取相应的护理措施。结果:研究顺利进行;减少和预防了护理并发症的发生。结论:我科采取的护理方法能有效地协助尼妥珠单抗联合放化疗的进行。

Objective：To explore the nursing of patients with esophageal terminal cancer used Nimotuzumab or Placebo during radiation treatment.Methods：Take corresponding nursing to treat adverse reactions of the 9 patients with esophageal terminal cancer used Nimotuzumab or Placebo.Results：The study smoothly,decrease and prevent the nursing complications.Conclusion：The nursing method could help the treatment with Nimotuzumab acombined radiotherapy have certain effect.
