摘要
目的:探讨老年肠造口的护理。方法:对2010年1月～2011年5月收治的34例老年肠造口的患者进行回顾性分析和总结。结果:33例患者都得到良好的治疗效果,护理问题得到解决,顺利出院;1例术后并发下肢深静脉血栓,转介入科治疗后痊愈出院。结论:了解老年患者的机体特点,做好完善的护理及出院指导是减少并发症、促进患者术后康复的有效保证。
Objective：To explore the nursing methods of elderly patients with colostomy.Methods： 34 elderly patients with colostomy which hospitalized in our department from January 2010 to May 2011 were made retrospective analysis and conclusion.Results： 33 patients have achieved very good results,the nursing problems have been resolved.1 case with deep vein thrombosis in lower limb was transfered to department of interventional radiology and cured.Conclusions：Understanding the organism characters in elderly patients,making well nursing and discharge guidance were effective guarantee for reducing complications and promoting rehabilitation after operation.
