摘要 目的:探讨Roy适应模式在EICU临床实习护生中的应用。方法:应用Roy适应模式分析EICU实习护生在生理、自我概念、角色功能和相互依赖4个方面的适应问题,并采取干预措施,然后采用焦虑自评量表及一般自我效能感量表进行问卷调查,分析效果。结果:应用Roy适应模式后,护生的焦虑程度显著下降(P<0.01),一般自我效能感显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:Roy适应模式有助于提高护生在EICU的临床实习效果。 Objective:To explore the application of Roy's adaptation model in the clinical practicing nursing students in the EICU.Methods: Analyzed four aspects problems the students appeared including physiological function,self-concept,role function and interdependence of nursing students in the EICU using Roy′s adaptation model theoretical framework,gave different interventions,and the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and General Self-efficacy Scale(GSES) were used to measure nursing students′ the level of anxiety and their general self-efficacy.Results:After implementation of the Roy′s adaptation model,the results indicate that nursing students′ the level of anxiety was significantly decreased(P0.01),general self-efficacy was significantly increased(P0.05).Conclusion:This research shows that the Roy's adaptation model is benefit to nursing students.
