摘要
目的:探讨临床护理路径在冠状动脉支架植入术中的应用效果。方法:将107例行择期冠状动脉介入治疗的患者随机分为观察组56例和对照组51例,观察组采用临床护理路径护理,对照组实施常规护理。结果:观察组患者治疗后焦虑评分、并发症中心律失常的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);护理质量评分、患者满意度高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径作为一种单病种质量管理的科学的管理模式,可降低患者的焦虑评分与心律失常发病率,可提高护理服务质量与患者满意度。
Objective：To investigate the application efficiency of clinical nursing pathways in percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods：one hundred and seven patients with an intention for PCI were randomly divided into observation group and control group,56 patients in observation group were given clinical nursing pathways,in addition,51 patients in control group were given routine nursing.Results：After percutaneous coronary intervention,psychological anxiety and arrhythmia in observation group were lower than that of control group（P0.05）.While nursing quality and patients＇ satisfaction in observation group were higher than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：As a quality and scientific management mode for single disease,clinical nursing pathway can improve nursing quality and satisfaction degree of patients.
