目的:探讨应用记忆合金髌骨爪治疗髌骨骨折的疗效与护理。方法:回顾性分析53例髌骨骨折患者采用形状记忆合金髌骨爪治疗的效果。护理要点:做好术前心理护理、术前准备及术后关节功能锻炼等。结果:所有病例均一期愈合,无骨不愈合或延迟愈合,无髌骨爪脱出、移位或髌骨关节面错格现象,无膝关节强直。骨折复位程度:优37例,良13例,中3例,优良率为94.3%;膝关节活动范围:优50例,良3例,优良率为100%;膝关节功能评价:优48例,良5例,优良率为100%。结论:科学的护理方法,全方位的护理措施,有效的预防并发症是确保手术成功的关键。

Objective：To discuss the effect of memory alloy patella treatment patella fracture and its nursing care.Methods： 53 patellar fractures patients treated by shape memory alloy patella,do well preoperative and postoperative nursing,including psychological nursing,preoperation preparation,and joint functional exercise.Results： All patients healed without bone non-union or delayed union,non-patella extrusion,displacement or the wrong format,no knee joint stiffness.The fractures level： excellent 37 cases,good 13 cases,moderate 3 cases,the good rate was 95.3%.The knee range： excellent 50 cases,good 3 cases,the good rate was 100.0%.The knee function assessment： excellent 48 cases,the good 5 cases,the good rate was 100.0%.Conclusion：The scientific nursing,comprehensive nursing,effective prevention of complications were the key to ensure successful operation.
