影响军队文职护士主观幸福感的相关因素研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:了解军队医院文职护士主观幸福感及相关因素,为文职护士自我效能评估及军队医院护理管理者对文职护士的有效管理提供依据。方法:采用主观幸福感指数量表对某三级甲等军队医院109名文职护士进行自评调查。结果:影响文职护士幸福感指数各因素间存在显著差异,学历越高幸福感指数越低(P<0.05);已婚护士的幸福感指数显著高于未婚护士(P<0.05);外科护士幸福感指数显著高于内科护士(P<0.05)。结论:文职护士主观幸福感水平总体较好,与医院对文职护士的管理制度、自身期望值、科室环境以及社会支持等有一定关联,建议军队医院护理管理者给予文职护士更多支持和帮助,文职护士自身也要提高心理应对能力。 Objective:To study the status of subjective well-being and relavant factors in non-commissioned civilian nurses,to provide the basis for the self-potency appraisa of non-commissioned civilian nurses and effective management of the military hospital nursing superintendent.Method:A total of 109 non-commissioned civilian nurses of a third-level first-class military hospital in Beijing were tested with index subjective well-being.Results:The index of well-being had significant difference in each factor.Higher education,the lower scores on index of well-being(P0.05).The index of well-being of married nurses were significantly higher than unmarried nurses(P0.05).The index of well-being of surgical nurses were significantly higher than the medical nursesP0.05).Conclusion:Non-commissioned civilian nurses had a overall good level in subjective well-being,which has some relevance on management system of hospital,their own expectations,environmental,and social support departments.We suggest that Military hospital nursing administrators to give more support and assistance to the non-commissioned civilian nurses,who should also improve their coping ability.
