The Analysis on the Reasons for Deans' Role conflict in Chinese Universities

通过调查法和访谈法对我国大学院长角色冲突产生的原因进行研究,发现大学院长角色冲突受多种因素影响,主要包括不一致的角色期望和角色要求,前后矛盾的角色期望和要求,超出角色职责的期望与要求、角色资源不足及个体素质等方面。

The paper examines the reasons for deans＇ role conflict with investigation and interview,and concluded that the role conflict was influenced by various factors,which included that inconsistent role expectation and role demands,contradictory role expectation and role demands,the lack of role resource and individual quality.
