早期综合康复疗法对脊髓损伤康复的研究进展

Research Progress of Early Comprehensive Rehabilitation Treatment for Spinal Cord Injury

脊髓损伤具有发病率、致残率高的特点。每年在100万人中,约有50人发生脊柱脊髓损伤。其中有90%是死于送往医院的途中,存活者留有不同程度的功能障碍,严重影响患者的生存质量,给患者家庭和社会带来了沉重的负担。脊髓损伤康复治疗方案种类繁多,但目前主要采用综合性早期康复治疗、综合性早期康复护理干预、家庭康复训练及新技术运用等。临床研究表明,综合康复治疗疗效明显优于单一方法治疗,因此综合康复治疗方案发展前景广阔。

Spinal cord injury is a disease featured with high incidence and morbidity.Every year,spinal cord injury occurs in 50 people out of a million,more than 90 percent of which died on the way to hospital.Survivors are left with different degrees of functional disturbance,which destroy their quality of life and bring heavy burden to the family and society.The early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment,rehabilitation care,family rehabilitation training and application of new technology are the major strategies in the rehabilitation of spinal cord injury patients.The clinical researches have shown that the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment is obviously better than simple treatment,so these therapeutic regimens have wonderful prospect.
