斗轮堆取料机电动滚筒改造

Reformation of electric roller of bucket wheel reclaimer

针对堆取料机电动滚筒频繁发生故障的问题进行了分析,提出了滚筒驱动部分(电动机、减速传动机构和控制部分)的改造方法。斗轮堆取料机电动滚筒改造后,解决了电动滚筒频繁损坏的问题,延长了滚筒运行寿命,降低了维护量,取得了良好的效果。

The faults were occurred frequently in operation of electric roller of bucket wheel reclaimer.The problems were analyzed.A reformation method for roller driving part（the motor,the decelerating drive gear and the control part） was put forward.After the electric roller of the bucket wheel reclaimer had been reformed,the problem of frequent damage of the electric roller was solved;the service life of the roller was lengthened;the maintenance load was decreased;and favorable effect was obtained.
