介绍了某电厂1000 MW汽轮机润滑油系统3台电动油泵出口窝空气形成气阻,造成油泵无出力和汽轮机烧瓦的事故,对油泵经过2次改造才成功解决气阻问题的原因进行了分析,供相关人员参考。
In the lubricating oil system of 1 000 MW steam turbine of a power plant,some air harboured in the outlets of three electric oil pumps.The air formed air resistance,which caused that the output of the oil pump was disappeared and the bush-burning accident of the turbine occurred.The accident was introduced.The oil pumps had been reformed two times,and the problem of air resistance was solved successfully.The reasons of the accident were analyzed,providing a reference for related persons.
