摘要
目前我国残疾人体育法律保障存在不少问题,为此,从软法视角切入,阐述了软法的内涵与外延,以及残疾人体育保障对软法的倚重,提出了构建"一元多样混合法"的残疾人体育法律保障模式,并对该模式进行了规范和引导。
At present,there are many problems about Chinese disabled people＇s legal protection in sports.Therefore,this paper expounds the connotation and denotation of soft law and the disabled people＇s dependence on the soft law for sports guarantee.The paper suggests the ＂unity-and-multiformity-mixture＂ mode for disabled people＇s sports guarantee and then regulates and guides the mode.
