摘要
民国时期,我国公文称谓格式的演变是一个由繁趋简的过程,一个由"各行规则"到"趋于一律"的过程:公文称谓词大量减少,公文自称被划一;公文署名程式也逐渐走向统一。这个"趋于一律"的演变过程,反映了公文"礼仪"让位于"效率"的实质,折射出我国公文工具化、平等化的现代化精神。
The evolution of official document＇s appellation formula was from complicated to sim- ple, from various to uniform in Republic of China （ 1912-1949 ）period. The appellation words in the official document were reduced greatly, and the self-proclaimed expression was unified. At the same time, the signature formula reached unanimity. The integration history evolution reflected equalization and modernization spirit in the process that the efficiency function of official document was taken precedence of ritual function.
