高校教学档案信息资源的现代化管理研究

Research on Modern Management of Teaching-Archives Information Resources in Universities

信息资源建设是教育信息化的核心,教学档案作为教学组织、教学管理、教学研究等教学活动过程中直接形成的、原始的信息源,是教育信息资源建设的基础。它能通过自身的优势优化高等教育的结构、促进高等教育的发展。本文在调研的基础上,概述了当前高校教学信息资源管理的现状,并基于前端控制、信息资源库建设和集成管理三方面提出了对策,俾能对我国教育资源的信息化建设有所启窦。

Information resources construction is the core of education informationization, teaching archives are directly formed from the teaching organization, teaching management and teaching re- search educational activities, it＇s original source of information and the basis of educational information resources. Through its own superiority, it can optimize the structure and promote the development of higher education. Based on the study, this article outlines current universities＇ information resources management and proposes counter-measures based on front-end control, information resources and in- tegrated management, wishing to put enlightenment to our educational informationization construction.
