摘要
目的探讨某部队官兵应付策略与职业紧张的关系。方法 2009年4~5月采用整群抽样的方法对某部队253名官兵进行职业紧张因素、紧张反应、中和缓解因素相关内容的调查。结果应付策略不足组、应付策略中等组和应付策略充分组的工作负荷、人际关系、家庭/工作平衡、管理角色、认知负荷、组织气氛、其它来源、工作满意感、心理卫生、信心充足评分均有差异,且随着应付策略得分呈升高趋势(P<0.05)。相关分析结果显示,应付策略得分与工作负荷(r=0.217,P=0.001)、人际关系(r=0.274,P=0.000)、家庭/工作平衡(r=0.288,P=0.000)、管理角色(r=0.328,P=0.000)、工作责任(r=0.205,P=0.001)、认知负荷(r=0.293,P=0.000)、组织气氛(r=0.275,P=0.000)、其它来源评分(r=0.318,P=0.000)呈正相关。逐步回归分析结果表明,应付策略与紧张反应关系密切。结论应付策略对职业紧张有较大的影响,有效的应付策略有助于缓解精神紧张状态,提高社会适应能力。
Objective To explore the relationship between coping strategy and occupational stress in troops.Methods By using the measuring list of occupational stress,a questionnaire was respectively handed out to 253 soldiers.Results Workload,interpersonal relationships,family / work balance,managerial role,cognitive load,organizational climate,and other sources of job satisfaction,mental health,and confident enough score showed difference among coping strategy with inadequate group,coping strategy and sufficient coping strategy group,and showed an increasing trend with coping strategy score increasing.Coping strategy score and work load,interpersonal relationships,family / work balance,managerial role,work responsibilities,cognitive load,organizational climate,and other sources showed positive correlation.Stepwise regression analysis showed that coping strategies and stress reactions closely related.Conclusion Coping strategy greatly affects occupational stress.Effective coping strategy will be helpful to ease mental tension and to improve social adjustment.
