抗菌肽对肉仔鸡生产性能及免疫功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 试验旨在探讨抗菌肽对肉仔鸡生产性能及免疫器官指数的影响。选择96只1日龄AA肉仔鸡,随机分成4个日粮处理组,每个日粮处理组分4个重复,每个重复6只鸡。第1组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,第2、3、4组分别在日粮中添加100、300、600mg/kg抗菌肽,试验期21天。结果表明:日粮中添加600mg/kg水平的抗菌肽能显著提高21天AA肉仔鸡的平均日增重(P〈0.05),添加300mg/kg、600mg/kg水平的抗菌肽能使其料重比显著降低(P〈0.05)。21日龄时抗菌肽处理组的胸腺指数和脾脏指数与对照组比较没有差异(P〉0.05);而600mg/kg抗菌肽组的法氏囊指数显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。添加抗菌肽对肉仔鸡的IgM、溶菌酶及白蛋白含量没有显著影响(P〉0.05)。但300mg/kg及600mg/kg抗菌肽组的IgG水平显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。这表明抗菌肽能显著提高肉鸡的生产性能,改善免疫功能。 An experiment was conducted to study the effects of different doses of antimicrobial peptides on growth performance and immune function of broilers. A total of 96, 1 d old AA broilers were randomly allotted to four dietary treatments (6 birds per pen with 4 pens per treatment). The control group were fed with the basal diet alone, the other treatments fed the basal diet supplemented with 100,300,600 mg/kg antimierobial peptides, respectively. The experiment period were 21d. The results showed that supplementing 600 mg/kg antimicrobial peptides significandy increased average daily gain (ADG) of 21d AA broilers ( P 〈 0.05 ), and supplementing 300 mg/kg or 600mg/kg antimicrobial peptides significantly decreased feed -gain ratio(F/G) of21d AA broilers( P 〈 0.05 ). There was no difference in thymus index and spleen index of 21d AA broilers between control group and antimicrobial peptides treated groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). However, supplementing 600 mg/kg antimicrobial peptides significantly increased bursa of fabricius index of 21d AA broilers (P 〈 0.05 ). Supplementing antimicrobial peptides had no significant effect in IgM content, lysozyme and albumin level of21d AA broilers (P 〉 0.05). But, supplementing 600 mg/kg antimicrobial peptides significantly increased IgG level of 21d AA broilers (P 〈0.05). The results indicated that the antimicrobial could improve the growth performance and immune function of broilers.
