摘要
在跨文化交流中,经常出现词汇空缺现象,法律翻译也不例外。在法律翻译过程中,译者应根据特定关联的语境因素,充分发挥译者主体性,进行必要的语用充实,选择相应的翻译策略及语言手段,补充空缺的词汇所蕴含的语境意义,以顺利实现交际目的。
Lexical gap is quite common in intercultural communication,and legal translation is no exception.During the process of legal translation,translators should make use of translators＇ subjectivity based on relevant contexts to launch pragmatic enrichment actively,choose appropriate translation strategy and linguistic devices,and compensate the contextual meaning entailed in the lexical gap so as to achieve the intended communicative purpose.
