摘要
英语注重句子形式、结构完整,汉语注重逻辑、语义关系。因此,在英语写作中能否正确表述连动句对中国学生来说非常重要。通过对英语专业低年级学生进行访谈和测试,发现不同英语水平的学生在英语连动句的使用数量和表现类型上有较大差异,且这种差异会对英语写作质量造成一定的影响。因此,需要强化学生在此方面的练习和实践。
English focuses on sentence form and complete structure,and Chinese emphasizes logic and semantic relations.Therefore,in English writing,it is very important for Chinese students to form serial verb sentences.Through the test and interview for the junior English majors,we find that the students of different English levels differ greatly in the number and types of using English serial verb sentences,and the differences exert certain extent of influence on English writing quality.Therefore,student needs to strengthen practicing in this aspect.
