摘要
"正当"一直是伦理学家致力探讨的核心范畴。在评价(尤其是道德评价)判断中,最为常见的评价术语就是"正当"。对"正当"的内涵、性质、意义、用法及功能等方面的分析,是科学、正确地使用"正当"这一术语,作出合理的评价判断之关键。
＂Right＂ has been discussed by ethicists as core category. In evaluating （particularly morally evaluating） judgement, the most common term of evaluation is ＂right＂. The connotation, nature, significance, usage and function of ＂Right＂ is analyzed. And this analysis is key to use the term ＂right＂ scientifically and correctly and to make a reasonable assessment judgment.
