Design of Remote Monitoring and Control System Based on GSM Short Message and Programmable Logic Control Technology

基于GSM短信功能和PLC技术实现设备的远程监控,将PLC控制与手机短信相结合,探讨了PLC与手机的软硬件接口,以及PLC控制手机的工作原理等内容;对PLC控制GSM模块实现收发中文短信、接收并解码中文短信过程中的重要环节进行重点的论述,并利用PLC嵌入手机控制技术实现了机器人自动抛光系统中重要参数的远程采集和实时报警功能。

The remote monitoring of equipment was realized based on GSM short messages and programmable logic control （PLC） technology. The PLC control was combined with mobiles’ short messages. This paper made a study of the hardware interface between the programmable logic controller （PLC） and the mobile phone and the working principle with which the PLC controlled the mobile phone. This paper focused that the GSM module controlled by a PLC was used to receive and send Chinese short messages, as well as the important aspect in the process of receiving and decoding Chinese short messages. The PLC embedded in the mobile phone control technology was adopted to realize the remote data acquisition of important parameters and real-time alarming function in the robotic automatic polishing system.
