摘要
为了提高大型装载机工作装置的整体性能,在遗传算法全局优化理论的基础上,建立相应的数学模型,然后利用数学软件MATLAB自带的Genetic Algorithm Tool对工作装置进行了优化设计。对优化结果的研究表明:针对大型装载机工作装置所建立的数学模型准确地描述了其物理模型及设计性能要求;运用遗传算法优化,具有动作准确、易于求得全局最优解的特点。结合机械系统动力学仿真软件ADAMS,对优化后的工作装置进行了动力学仿真,仿真结果验证了设计的可行性。
In order to improve performances of the working device of the large loader,the optimum design was carded out using the Genetic Algorithm Tool of MATLAB after creating the mathematic model on the basic of the global optimum of the Geoetic Algorithm.Results showed that the mathematic model of the large loader met the Physical model and the design performances and the Genetic Algorithm optimun could get the global optimal solution accurately and easily.Using the dynamic simulation software ADAMS for simulating the virtual Prototyping of the working device,the results authenticated the feasibility of the design.
