CT重建技术引导下射频靶点热凝术治疗腰椎间盘突出症 被引量:3

摘要 经皮穿刺射频靶点热凝术治疗腰椎间盘突出症是目前常用方法之一,具有创伤小、并发症少、疗效确切并可重复治疗等优点,于2000年7月被FDA批准用于治疗腰椎间盘突出症[1]。我院自2008年10月以来,采用CT引导腰椎间盘突出症靶点定位并精确测量穿刺深度,对164例腰椎间盘突出症病人进行射频热凝治疗取得了满意的疗效。现报告如下。
