论乌鲁木齐市垃圾再生资源开发利用现状、存在问题及有效对策

Tactics and Preliminarily Analysing the Situation of City Solid Waste in Urumqi

本文经过现状调查分析,得出城市垃圾再生资源产业存在的执法力度有待加强、市民对垃圾回收的认识不深等问题。并提出了提供法律与政策保障来完善回收体系、建设示范生态工业园来提高再生资源利用水平、培育发展再生资源利用产业等建议。

After investigation and analysis of the status quo, the status and existing problems of the urumqi renewable resources utilization were described in this paper. In order to make full use of the city solid waste, some advices are also given.
