摘要
使用肺、心脏等组织进行培养,用空气干燥法制作染色体标本,以胰酶法制作G带,BSG法制作C带,分析了贵州2种鼠耳蝠的核型、G带和C带。水鼠耳蝠Myotisdaubentoni和小鼠耳蝠Myotisdividii的染色体数均为2n=44,拥有3对大型和1对中型中着丝粒染色体,染色体臂数(FN)=52;这2种鼠耳蝠的G带是相似的,且与该属大部分物种也相似,表明该属的核型进化很保守。水鼠耳蝠的C带与小鼠耳蝠不同,前者的端着丝粒染色体有丰富的端带,而后者缺乏。依据端带状况,讨论了部分鼠耳蝠的进化关系。
The karyotypes,G-bands and C-bands of Myotis daubentoni and Myotis dividii from Guizhou province were analyzed.Chromosome preparations were made from culture cells of lung,heart and other organizations.The specimens were made by the standard air drying method.The G-bands and C-bands were made by the trypsin method and the BSG method respectively.The diploid numbers(2n) of the two species are 44,in which there are 3 pairs of large metacentric chromosome and 1 pair of small metacentric chromosome,and the fundamental numbers(FN) of theirs are all 52.The G-bands of M.daubentoni and M.dividii are similar,homologous with the species of this genus that have been published,which shows that the karyotype evolution of this genus are very conservative.The C-band of M.daubentoni is different from that of M.dividii,the telocentric chromosomes of the former possess rich terminal bands,but those of the latter are short of terminal bands.According to the terminal bands,the relationships of some Myotis species were discussed.
