rPET/POE/LDPE-g-AA复合材料的制备及性能 被引量:5

摘要 以回收聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(rPET)为基体材料,乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)为增韧材料,丙烯酸接枝低密度聚乙烯(LDPE-g-AA)为增容剂,制备了rPET/POE/LDPE-g-AA复合材料。分析了POE、LDPE-g-AA对rPET玻璃化转变温度、断面相结构、结晶性能、力学性能的影响。结果表明,加入POE,rPET/POE复合材料的熔融温度和结晶度有所下降,断裂伸长率及缺口冲击强度明显提高;含质量分数2.0%LDPE-g-AA的rPET/POE/LDPE-g-AA复合材料,其结晶温度升高,结晶速率加快,与纯rPET相比,缺口冲击强度提高249.3%,断裂伸长率提高17.2倍,柔韧性大幅度提高。 Blends of recycled poly ( ethylene terephthalate ) ( rPET )/poly ( ethylene octene ) ( POE )/acrylic acid grafted low density polyethylene ( LDPE-g-AA ) were prepared by using rPET as matrix material, POE as toughening agent, and LDPE-g-AA as compatibilizer. The effects of POE and LDPE-g-AA on glass transition temperature, crystalline behavior, morphology and mechanical properties of blends were investigated.The results indicated that by blending with POE, the melting temperature and crystallinity of rPET in rPET/POE blends decreased appreciably, the blends' notched Izod impact strength and fracture elongation increased.When the content of compatibilizer was 2.0wt%, the crystallization temperature of rPET in rPET/POE /LDPE-g-AA blends shifted to higher temperature, and the crystalline rate of the rPET in blends increased.Compared with rPET, mechanical properties of rPET/POE/LDPE-g-AA blends improved ulteriorly, the blends' notched Izod impact strength increased by 249.3%, and fracture elongation improved 17.2 times.
