内外托架注射模设计

THE PLASTIC INJECTION MOLD DESIGN OF INNER-AND-OUTER BRACKET

介绍了内外托架模具的设计过程,提出了一模两腔塑料注射成型模具结构设计的新思路。采用型腔内外布置的方式取代传统意义上型腔并排布置的方式,可以减小模具外形尺寸,从而达到使用较小规格注塑机成型外形尺寸较大塑料件的目的。

The design guides of inner-and-outer bracket was introduced.A new idea for the plastic injection mold structure named two-cavity mold configuration was given.The cavity inside and outside arrangement form was adopt to replace traditional paratactic one, it could be used to shape larger dimension plastic parts by smaller injection machine.
