摘要
应用模流CAE技术进行笼式箱座塑料件模具成型工艺方案的分析与优化,阐述了注塑模具的总体设计方案。针对具有复杂型芯头部结构模具的设计难点,创新性提出了采用纵横锁扣式镶拼结构的模具型芯部件结构方案,巧妙解决了复杂型芯头部结构设计问题。实际运行证明,其成型效果良好,满足塑料件质量要求。
The mold flow molding process analysis and optimization of the plastic cage box base were made by using CAE technology, the overall design of the injection mold was described.A kind of vertical and horizontal lock-style mosaic structure of the mold core components was put forward creatively which skillfully solved the design difficulties of mold with complex core structure. Actual operation proved that it met the quality requirements of plastic parts.
