丹红注射液联合低分子肝素钙治疗脑梗塞61例

The Treatment of Cerebral Infarction Treated with Low Molecular Weight Heparin Combined with Danhong Injection 61 Cases

[目的]观察丹红注射液联合低分子肝素钙治疗脑梗塞疗效。[方法]将122例随机分为两组。对照组61例洛伐他汀、阿司匹林等常规治疗加用丹红注射液,治疗组61例丹红注射液联合低分子肝素钙。监测凝血酶原时间、血小板计数、肝、肾功能及心电图,以及神经功能缺损评分变化。治疗14d进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组总有效率91.80%,显效率83.6%;对照组总有效率70.49%,显效率44.3%。治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗后14d神经功能缺损评分较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]丹红注射液联合低分子肝素钙治疗脑梗塞安全有效。

[Objective] To evaluate the efficacy of The treatment of cerebral infarction treated with low molecular weight heparins（LMWHs） combined with Danhong in 61 patients.[Methods] 122 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly and equivalently divided into treatment and control groups.Treatment group,61 patients were administered with LMWHs combined Danhong intravenous ly;Only Danhong was administered in the control group.[Results] In the treatment group,The total effective rate was 91.8%,markedly effective rate 83.6%;however,in the control group,the total efficiency of 70.5%,markedly effective rate was 44.3%.There were significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）,After 14 day treatment,the neurological deficit scores lowered significantly in both groups（P〈0.05）;the treatment group was better than the control groups（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion] LMWHs combined Danhong is safe and effective drugs for treatment of cerebral infarction,and can significantly improve the prognosis of patients.
