活血化痰平喘汤配合西药治疗小儿毛细支气管炎66例

Huoxue Huatan Pingchuan Decoction with Western Medicine Treatment of 66 cases of Children with Bronchiolitis

[目的]观察活血化痰平喘汤配合西药治疗小儿毛细支气管炎疗效。[方法]将118例随机分两组,对照组52例利巴韦林、头孢三嗪、氨溴素、美普清等西药常规治疗,治疗组66例在对照组基础上,加用三拗汤与三子养亲汤加减化裁的活血化痰平喘汤。治疗7d进行疗效判定。[结果]症状、体征改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗组痊愈55例,好转8例,无效3例,总有效率95.45%。对照组痊愈34例,好转13例,无效5例,总有效率90.38%。治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]在西医治疗基础上合用中药活血化痰平喘汤,其临床症状、体征改善疗效均明显优于单纯西医治疗。

[Objective]Huoxue Huatan Pingchuan decoction with Western medicine treatment of children with bronchiolitis.[Method]118 cases were randomly divided into two groups.Control group,52 cases of ribavirin,ceftriaxone,ammonium bromide,Meipuqing and other Western medicine conventional treatment.Treatment group of 66 patients in the control group,based on the addition of Sanao decoction with Sanzi Yangqin decoction subtraction of the CD＇s Huoxue Huatan Pingchuan decoction.Treatment of 7 days to determine efficacy.[Results]Symptoms and signs the treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）;treatment group cured 55 cases,improved in 8 cases,3 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 95.45%.The control group cured 34 patients,improved in 13 cases,5 cases ineffective,the total efficiency 90.38%.The total effective treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]on the basis of treatment in Western medicine combined Huoxue Huatan Pingchuan decoction,the clinical symptoms and signs were improved efficacy was better than Western medicine treatment.
