苓桂术甘汤合血府逐瘀汤配合西药治疗舒张性心力衰竭32例

Linggui Zhugan Tang and Xuefu Zhuyu Tang with Western Medicine Treatment of Diastolic Heart Failure in 32 Cases

[目的]观察苓桂术甘汤合血府逐瘀汤配合西药治疗舒张性心力衰竭疗效。[方法]将63例随机分为两组,对照组31例常规西药治疗,治疗组32例加用通阳活血方剂苓桂术甘汤合血府逐瘀汤,使用中药浓缩颗粒剂组方开水冲服,日1剂,1w为1疗程,两个疗程后判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效12例,有效19例,无效1例,总有效率96.88%。对照组显效8例,有效15例,无效8例,总有效率74.19%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]苓桂术甘汤合血府逐瘀汤配合西药治疗舒张性心力衰竭疗效满意,中药浓缩颗粒剂组方开水冲服方法简便,易于推广。

[Objective] To observe the yang and promoting blood circulation method on diastolic heart failure.[Methods] 63 patients with diastolic heart failure,32 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 31 cases.Two groups were given conventional western medicine plus conventional treatment group,blood yang Chinese medicine decoction,half months after the clinical efficacy was observed.[Result]The treatment group than the control group,a better clinical outcome.[Conclusion] Treatment of yang and promoting blood circulation of diastolic heart failure has a good effect.
