加味香苏饮治疗慢性浅表性胃炎90例

Xiang Su Drink Treatment of Chronic Superficial Gastritis 90 Cases

[目的]观察加味香苏饮治疗慢性浅表性胃炎疗效。[方法]将135例随机分为两组,治疗组90例使用加味香苏饮,对照组45例应用三九胃泰胶囊。治疗30d进行疗效判定,随访1个月观察效果。[结果]治疗组痊愈40例,显效35例,有效9例,无效6例,总有效率93.33%。对照组痊愈7例,显效8例,有效21例,无效9例,总有效率80.00%。临床疗效痊愈率、总有效率治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。治疗组90例患者中未见明显不良反应出现。随访胃镜复查,治疗组痊愈率、总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]加味香苏饮治疗慢性浅表性胃炎疗效满意,效果稳定。

[Objective]Xiang Su Drink chronic superficial gastritis.[Method]135 cases were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group 90 cases Xiang Su Drink with the control group of 45 patients were treated Sanjiuweitai capsule.30 days to determine the efficacy of treatment,1 month follow-up observation of the effect.[Results]Treatment group,cured 40 cases,35 cases markedly effective,9 cases effective,invalid in 6 cases,the total efficiency of 93.33%.The control group,cured 7 cases,8 cases were markedly effective,21 cases effective,invalid in 9 cases,the total efficiency 80.00%.Clinical cure rate,the total effective treatment group batter than the control group（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.Treatment group,90 patients in no significant adverse reactions occur.Endoscopic follow-up review,the treatment group cure rate,total effective rate was significantly higher（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Xiang Su Drink treatment of chronic superficial gastritis satisfaction,effectiveness and stability.
